Returns

Hendra Hardware offers a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs.

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, a 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs apply, depending on your location.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Damaged Items

If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. We will arrange for the return of the damaged items at no cost to you and offer a replacement or refund.

Manufacturing Faults

If your item does not work as expected due to manufacturing faults, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. You will need to return the item to us, and after inspection, if we confirm a manufacturing fault, we will refund your return postage and offer a replacement or refund.

International Shipping

Please note that this policy does not apply to international shipping.
