Earls Wood Hardener is a single component water based system designed to penetrate and revitalize rotted wood. Earls Wood Hardener is a non toxic product containing no solvents or harmful ingredients. Earls Wood Hardeners low viscosity allows deep penetration into soft rotted wood fibre, restoring old wood to near structural integrity. Can be used for internal and external woodwork.
Earls Wood Hardener is great for sealing and restoring rotted wood fibres found in window sills, sashes, frames, trim, beams, columns, decks, fences, paneling, flooring, timber homes, playground equipment, picnic tables, cellar doors, and planking (exposed end grain)
Use to prepare old wood for priming and painting.
Please note: This product is only for use with Non-structural and decorative wood.
It penetrates into soft rotted wood fibres, restoring them to near original strength. This means you can repaint even the most damaged wood, ready for full restoration. Simply apply Earl’s Wood Hardener to a DRY surface, leave it to penetrate (approximately 24 hours), fill and paint!
