Description

• ABS handle with details in stainless steel, which provide style and resistance.
• The diamond roll provides high-performance sharpening and durability.
• The ceramic roll allows fine sharpening and polishing.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

• Place the sharpener on a flat surface that will not move during use.
• Place the knife in one of two sharpening positions, depending on blade condition.
  1. Position 1: Meant for rough sharpening. Ideal for knives that are completelly dull.
  2. Position 2: Meant for fine sharpening. Ideal for knives that only need to have rough points taken away and for an ultra-sharp edge.
• In either of the positions, move the knife blade from its end to near the handle, employing light pressure on the blade between the sharpener’s rollers.
• Repeat the movement as many times as necessary.

Note: Edge maintenance sharpening in Position 2 only, can be carried out before each use of the knife.

AFTER USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

• Clean the sharpening rollers with a non-abrasive sponge or run a soft cloth through the rollers in movements similar to those of sharpening.
• To clean the knife, use a soft sponge, water and gentle or neutral detergent.

CAUTION

• Do not use the sharpener on serrated blades or scissors.
• Avoid knife damage by sharpening with only light pressure.
• Never wash the sharpener in a washing machine / dishwasher or immerse it in water.
• Being associated to the use of knives, keep the knife sharpener out of the reach of children.
